Dr. Jesus Alfonso D. Datu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Special Education and Counselling at The Education University of Hong Kong. He completed his PhD in Educational Psychology at The University of Hong Kong. He is a positive psychological scientist. His primary scientific research programs focus on what and why specific traits, states, interpersonal variables, and contexts optimize well-being and positive educational outcomes. He is also interested in developing positive psychological interventions that may promote psychological wellness and academic success. He is an Associate Editor of School Psychology International.
